Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of Basin Road. It has a lower frontage and roofline than the neighbouring properties numbered 64 to 68. The roof is slate and hipped. The walls are constructed from flint with red brick lacing courses, quoins, and window dressings. The building features one window on each floor. The sash windows have flush boxes, with the upper window set within a flat arch and the lower window within a segmental arch. All the glazing bars are intact. A round-headed doorway is present, with a door featuring six flush panels and a blocked tympanum. Numbers 64 to 70 (even) form a group.
