Description
Two small houses dating from the early 19th century are located at numbers 3 and 4 West Street. They are each two stories and an attic in height, with a single window each. The facades are stuccoed and feature a cornice and parapet. The windows are set in frames, with the first-floor windows being sash windows accompanied by sidelights.
