Description

1 and 3 Stone Road are a pair of small houses built in the early 19th century. They are two storeys high, with an attic and basement, and feature a stuccoed exterior. The mansarded roof has one round-headed dormer on each house. Each house has a cornice and parapet, and there are two windows on the front of each, including one curved window. The glazing bars are intact. Number 3 has a blank space on the first floor. The windows have moulded reveals and iron balconettes on the first floor. There are recessed porches with depressed arches and rectangular fanlights. Numbers 1 to 11 (odd) form a group.
