Description

This is a mid-19th century building of two storeys with a basement and attics, located on Stone Road in Broadstairs. The exterior is colour washed. It has a hipped slate roof with a single dormer window. The windows are sash windows with vertical glazing bars, and there is one blank window. Venetian shutters are fitted to the first-floor windows. A simple doorcase incorporates a cast iron porch with trellis-work. To the right-hand side is a single-storey section with a castellated roof and a three-light splayed bay window. A flight of stone steps leads up to the street.
