Description

Lawn Cottage is an early to mid 19th century building located on Harbour Street in Broadstairs. It is a two-storey structure with a basement and attics, featuring a pebble-dashed exterior. The roof is a mansard style, covered with slate and includes one dormer. The building has stone coping and a cambered sash window, alongside one blank space. On the right side, there is a doorcase with a flat hood supported by brackets, leading to a four-panelled door. Lawn Cottage is similar in style to No. 17. Together with Nos. 13 to 19 (odd) and Flint House, it forms a cohesive group of buildings.
