Description

17 Harbour Street is a building from the early to mid 19th century, featuring two storeys, a basement, and attics, all covered in stucco. It has a mansard slate roof with one dormer and stone coping. The ground floor includes a three-light bay window and a cambered sash window, alongside a blank window. On the first floor, there is a 19th-century cast iron gas light. The right side has a doorcase with a moulded architrave and a six-panelled door, which is partly situated under No 19. This building is similar in style to No 13. Nos 13 to 19 (odd) and Flint House form a group.
