Hipped slate roof with 1 dormer. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact and 1 blank. Simple central doorcase with rectangular fanlight. The side elevation is flint-faced. The right hand side has an addition with gable and 1 3-light bay.

No 17 shall be amended to read Nos 17 and 19.
