Description

Regent Cottage is an early 19th-century house located on Nelson Place in Broadstairs. The two-storey building is stuccoed and features a cornice and parapet with a central panel displaying the house name, flanked by scrolled brackets. It has three sash windows with intact glazing bars. The door is set within a simple round-headed doorcase and has six panels. Cast iron railings are present. The side elevation is faced with flint. Regent Cottage forms a group with numbers 11, 15 to 35 (odd), and 39 on the same side of the street.
