Vanity Fair is an early 19th-century building of three storeys and a basement, located on York Street, Broadstairs. The exterior is stuccoed, with a slate roof and a parapet featuring a stone coping. The building retains two sash windows with original glazing bars. A ground-floor bay is on the left side, and a trelliswork porch is on the right. It forms a group with Nos. 1 to 17 (odd), and Nos. 21 and 23.
