Description

Wellington House is an early 19th-century building located at 25 York Street in Broadstairs. It is two storeys high with a basement, and it features painted stucco on its exterior. The building has a parapet and a moulded eaves cornice. On the first floor, there are two sash windows and a central blank space. The ground floor includes a central three-light bay window. To the left, there is a round-headed doorcase with glazing bars, while to the right, there is a round-headed blank space with a basement entry built out below it.
