Description

Nos 5 and 6 Victoria Parade, along with No 13 Charlotte Street, are early 19th century buildings that stand three storeys high with a basement, constructed of painted brick. They feature a parapet with stone coping and five sash windows that have verticals only. The first floor has a later verandah and a later 19th century shopfront with panelled risers. On the return to John Street, there are five windows and three blank sections. These buildings are included for their group value, as they form a cohesive group with Nos 1 to 6 Victoria Parade.
