Description

Arcadia House, at number 3 Victoria Parade in Broadstairs, is an early 19th-century building of three storeys plus an attic and basement. The exterior is stuccoed and features a shaped parapet with one attic window, and two windows without glazing bars. A wooden balcony window is present on the first floor. The ground floor has a single, three-light curved bow window, and a porch supported by thin columns. The building forms a group with numbers 1 to 6 on Victoria Parade.
