WEST STREET 1. 972 (North Side) No 28 SU 8504 NE 3/465 II GV 2. Mid Cl9. Lower frontage and much lower roofline than No 27. Slate gabled roof. 2 storeys. Stuccoed. Moulded bracketed cornice before parapet. 3 round headed windows with moulded architraves and impost moulding; modern glazing. Flight of 5 steps with iron handrail leading to doorway. Door with 6 fielded panels with rectangular fanlight over. Modern reproduction style bow window (with glazing bars) in east.

Church of St Peter, Nos 21 to 25 (consec), The John Edes House and Nos 27 to 33 (consec) form a group.
