Description

This is an early 19th-century building on West Street. It is three storeys high and has one window. The roof is slate, with overhanging eaves. The front is stuccoed, with the ground floor rusticated. It has sash windows with flat arches, and the glazing bars are largely intact, except on the ground floor. The doorway has a fluted frame with panelled reveals and an unusual fanlight featuring curved tracery, covered by a small flat hood. The front door is six-panelled. It forms a group with the Church of St Peter, numbers 21 to 25, The John Edes House, and numbers 27 to 33.
