Description
Nos 63, 67, and 69 Maltravers Street are early 19th-century terraced cottages. They are constructed from nodular flint with red brick dressings and feature a hipped tile roof with overhanging eaves and red brick chimneys. The cottages are two storeys high and each has a range of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. Each cottage also has a six-panelled door topped with a semi-circular fanlight. Number 67 has one ashlar step leading to the door, while number 69 has three ashlar steps. These cottages are part of a group that includes Nos 45 to 63 (odd), 67 to 73 (odd), and 77 to 83 (odd), forming a cohesive architectural ensemble with Nos 46 to 62 (even), as well as the pavements and railings.
