Description

The retaining wall to the garden on the south and east sides of No 60 Maltravers Street is an early 19th-century structure. It is built of red brick and features Pulborough stone coping. At King Street, the wall transitions to nodular flint with Pulborough stone coping. This wall, along with Nos 46 to 62 (even), forms a group with Nos 45 to 63 (odd) and 77 to 83 (odd), as well as the pavements and railings in the area.
