SHOREHAM-BY-SEA CHURCH STREET TQ 2105 SE 7/93 (east side) No 20 GV II Cottage. Dated 1754. Coursed pebble with painted brick quoins and dressings. Painted brick cornice and parapet to slate roof with central brick stack. Two storeys; slightly irregular 3 window front, the central first floor window blocked. Glazing bar sashes, on ground-floor with segment-heads and raised keys. Panelled door with glazed top-lights and flat hood on brackets over. Keystone over door, marked: c J E - 1754
