Description

No 16 West Street is an early 18th-century cottage located in Shoreham-by-Sea. The building features coursed cobblestone construction with a red brick plinth band, quoins, and dressings. It has a plain tiled roof with a projecting brick stack on the left side. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows on the ground floor, which are casements that slide to the left and are set under segmental heads. To the right, there is a boarded door topped with a flat hood supported by carved brackets.
