No 45 is an early 18th-century cottage constructed of painted rubble. It has one storey and attics, featuring two windows with wood lintels and modern casements. The cottage is accented by stone quoins and has a thatched roof that extends over three dormers. The entrance consists of a plain cottage door with a flat wood lintel.
