Description

Nos. 80 and 82 High Street are a pair of cottages dating from the late 17th century, with 20th-century additions to the rear. They are constructed with a timber frame and are clad in whitewashed brick, topped with a plain tiled roof featuring end stacks and a restored ridge stack located to the right of center. The buildings are two stories tall and exhibit irregular fenestration, with four casement windows on the first floor and ground floor windows that have cambered heads. Each cottage has a gabled brick porch with a panelled door, positioned one bay in from either end. Inside No. 82, the timber frame is visible.
