Description

Clematis Cottage is a 16th-century cottage constructed with a timber frame and whitewashed brick infill, topped with a plain tiled roof that is hipped to the right. The building stands two storeys high and features an offset end stack on the left and an offset front stack on the right. It has two framed bays and a chimney bay on the right, with bracing exposed on the first floor. There are two 2-light casement windows on each floor, and a door to the left is located in a pentice extension that is attached to the front of the stack. There are 20th-century extensions at the rear.
