Description
The Little House and the adjoining cottages are a group of buildings from the 18th century, possibly earlier in the center. They are constructed of brick and covered in whitewashed render, featuring plain tiled roofs that are hipped on the outer cottages and step down to the center. The outer cottages are two storeys tall, while the center cottage has one storey and an attic with two large casement dormers set beneath the eaves.
There is a rendered stack at the left end, a front stack to the left of the center, and rear ridge stacks to the left of the center, right of the center, and to the right. The center cottage has two oversailing gables, and the right-hand cottage has one. The left-hand cottage has a regular facade with two casement windows on each floor, featuring shutters on the ground floor windows. The central door consists of six fielded panels, with the top two being glazed, and is topped with a flat hood.
The center cottage has two ground floor casement windows with shutters and a door similar to the left-hand cottage, also with six fielded panels and top glazed panels under a flat hood. The right-hand cottage has two casement windows on each floor, with shutters on the ground floor, and a six-panel door with the top two panels glazed, also under a flat hood.
