Park Studio

Park Studio is a cottage located on the north side of Wonersh The Street, dating from around 1790, with alterations and extensions made in the mid to late 19th century. The building is constructed of red-brown brick featuring some flared headers, topped with plain tiled roofs and painted bargeboards on the gables. It has a shaped plan with additional lower extensions at right angles to the rear.

The cottage is single-storey and has tall, multiple stacks with a star-shaped section and corbelled tops on a plinth, positioned to the right of the center, along with a smaller stack at the rear. The entrance front features a gable end range that projects to the left, which includes a gabled oriel window under a tiled roof, adorned with decorative lozenge leaded lights in a mullioned and transomed window. To the right, there are similarly decorated single light windows, one on either side of a ribbed, pointed-arched door that is sheltered by a gabled hood supported by rustic wooden brackets.

On the right-hand return front, there is a similarly leaded oriel window in the gable to the left. The left-hand return front has a sash window in the gable to the left, with leaded casement windows to the left in the lower rear extension. The building may have originally served as a lodge for Wonersh Park and is included in the heritage listing for its group value.
