Description

The Old Cottage is a late 17th-century cottage located in Peper Harow Park. It features a sandstone rubble plinth with red and blue brick above, all under a plain tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high and has a plat band over the ground floor. There are end stacks to the left and a front end stack to the right. The facade is regular, with four leaded casement windows of two lights on the first floor, although there is a blocked window in the centre. The ground floor has four windows, and there is a central door set within a gabled trellis porch. The gable ends are tile hung.
