Description

This is a 16th-century barn located at the rear of Green Cross Farm House in Churt. The barn is timber framed and sits on a brick plinth, featuring weatherboard cladding and a plain tiled roof. The roof is half-hipped on the left side and has a catslide aisle roof at the front right and rear. It consists of three framed bays and includes a waggon entrance in the center. Inside, there are jowled posts supporting the main frame and Queen post roof trusses.
