Description

Sunt Barn is a 16th-century barn located in Oxted, on Caterfield Lane. The structure is timber framed and sits on a galleted brick plinth on the left side, with rubblestone cladding and brick quoins to the left of the center. The remainder of the barn is weatherboarded, topped with a plain tiled roof that features a pentis roof outshot at the front left. The barn is rectangular and consists of five framed bays, with central opposing wagon doors. Inside, there are Queen-strut trusses at the ends and a central Crown-post type roof.
