Description

This is a 16th-century barn located 30 yards south of a house on Blackstroude Lane East. The barn features a timber frame set on a rendered and brick plinth, with weatherboard cladding and a plain tiled roof. It has a rectangular shape with a lower wing extending at right angles to the left. The structure consists of five framed bays and includes central opposing wagon doors, along with additional doors on both the left and right sides. There is a lower extension to the left, which has a gabled dormer window in the roof. At the rear left, there is a single-storey shed that is open on the right side. Inside the main barn, there is a queen strut roof.
