Description

Potters is a house dating from the 16th century, with a 20th-century extension to the right. The house is timber-framed and partly underbuilt in red and brown brick, with brick infill to the exposed frame above. It has a plain tiled roof, hipped at one end and with a gablet, and half-hipped at the right. The right side of the house is two storeys high, while the left side is one storey and an attic, with two gabled dormers. A ridge stack is located to the left of the centre, and a front stack to the right. There are three leaded casement windows on the first floor and five windows on the ground floor, with one at the right end, set within a ground floor recess. A door is located to the left of the centre, sheltered by a gabled hood. A pentice extension is on the right. It is a possible Hall House.
