Description

The stable yard wall and gate piers located to the south-east (right hand) of Castle Hill House date from the 18th century. The garden wall is constructed of red brick and features a projecting plinth with stone coping. The square brick gate piers are topped with stone caps and rusticated ball finials. At the left hand end, there is a segmental headed doorway with brick pilasters and stone coping, which includes a segmental headed wooden boarded door. All the listed buildings on the east side of Castle Street form a group.
