  1. C18. 1 storey and attic. Old tile half-hipped roof. Fine brick front; toothed brick eaves. On ground floor below, round-headed doorway with rubbed brick voussoirs flanked by tall round-headed lights; semi-circular fanlight with radiating tracery; half glazed door. Formerly, similar doorways to both right hand and left hand; now only a 3-panelled door to the left hand remains. Then a single storey structure with hipped tile roof. Modern garage door at west end on ground floor. Listed on account of its fine brickwork and on account of its group value with Castle Hill House, with the stable yard wall, and with buildings to the south-west.
