Description

No. 63 Petworth Road is a cottage that dates back to the 17th century or earlier, with a refronting from the 19th century. The building is two storeys high and features two windows, along with a one-storey blank bay on the left. It has a half-hipped tiled roof on the left side and a modern garage extension on the right. The cottage has a compound ridge stack made of narrow bricks. The walls are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond with blue headers. The windows are surrounded by chamfered red brick and have mullions. There is a timber porch with a tiled roof, and the entrance features a good plank door with fillets.
