Description

Fern Cottage is a timber-framed building, likely dating from the 17th century. It stands two storeys tall and consists of three bays, with the left bay being an addition. The roof is tiled and features a chimney at the left end. The first floor is banded tile hung, while the ground floor is constructed from red brick and rubble stonework. The building has casement windows and includes a 19th-century projecting gabled timber porch.
