PETWORTH ROAD 5393 (North-East Side) Collards SU 9032 NE 4/139 II 2. Circa 1600 timber framed house refronted with painted brick below and fishscale tiling above. High pitched hip-ended tiled roof with ridge stack. Two front gables With C19 bargeboards. Two storeys and attic, 3 windows. Modern gabled porch and modern casements, except for one of concave diamond shape above porch. A long left rear wing shows visible timber framing. Once an outhouse it now appears to be part of the house proper.
