Description
Banyard's Hall is a timber-framed house that likely dates back to the 17th century. It was refronted in the 19th century with buff brick and features a steep gable-ended roof covered in black glazed pantiles. The building has two storeys and four windows, which are 19th-century sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor windows have rubbed brick arches, while the first-floor windows have plain lintels. There is an off-centre doorway that leads to a 19th-century brick porch with a stepped gable and finials. Two chimney stacks are located along the ridge of the roof. At the rear, there is a short wing and a lean-to. The house is situated on a moated site.
