Description

The Green Tomb, located 5 yards south of the porch of the Church of St. Peter in Limpsfield, is a chest tomb dedicated to Kitty Green, who died in 1806. The tomb features a stone on a plinth and has oval panelled sides adorned with fan decoration in the corners. It is supported by fluted end piers and has a flat lid with a moulded edge.
