Cottage. C17 with C18 alterations extended to rear right in C20. Timber framed with red and brown brick cladding to centre and left; tile hung to right. Plain tiled roof with offset end stack to left, end stack to right, One storey and attic under 3 pent roofed casement dormers; 3 casements across ground floor, those to outer ends diamond pane leaded, cambered head to casement on right of centre. Planked door to left of centre under gabled open porch. Single storey range set back to right. Square panel framing exposed with brick infill to rear.
