The roof is tiled and hipped at the left end, with a double end stack to the right. The cottage has two storeys and two framed bays, with an irregular arrangement of windows. A single three-light casement window is located on the first floor to the right, and two casements are present on the ground floor. A planked door is positioned to the left of the centre, sheltered by an open-gabled timbered porch. A catslide roof extends to the rear. The interior includes visible ceiling frames and a deep brick fireplace.
