Description
This is an early 17th century house, located on Caterham High Street. The front of the house is timber-framed and clad with whitewashed brick in the lower section and roughcast above. It has a plain tiled roof, hipped on the left side, with a rendered stack at the rear right. The house is two storeys high, with two horizontal sliding sash windows on the first floor and casement windows below. A 19th century boarded door is positioned to the left of centre. The left return front is faced with flint rubble and brick banding below, with weatherboard above. A rendered pent roof extension covers the rear.
