Description

This granary, located 25 yards east of Malthouse Farm House, dates from the 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and has brick infill at the lower level, while the upper part is boarded. The roof is covered with wooden shingles. The building is two storeys tall and has a rectangular shape. There is a boarded door on the ground floor, positioned to the left of the center, and additional double boarded doors can be found in the gable on the right side. A pentice roof extension is present at the left end, which includes another boarded door. This structure is included in the listing for its group value.
