Description

This granary, dating from the 18th century, is located approximately 20 meters south of Malthouse Farmhouse. It features a timber frame with vertically nailed weatherboarding and an old plain tile roof supported by staddle stones. The building is rectangular and sits on a slope towards the farmhouse, with staddle stones at that end resting on brick plinths. There are a total of 12 staddle stones. The far end of the granary has a doorway and windows, with 18 windows on each side.
