Description
Malthouse Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, with a 19th-century bay added. The front is made of brick and has been colourwashed, topped with an old plain tile roof. The building is two storeys high and features an outshot on the wing to the rear on the left side. It has three bays, with a fourth bay added to the left. The original house has a central 18th-century six-panelled door with a moulded flat hood above it. To the immediate left, there are three-light camber-headed casements, with another similar window in the right bay. The left 19th-century bay also has a similar window. On the first floor, there are three 18th-century three-light casements and a two-light casement in the left bay from the 19th century. The original building has gable end stacks.
