Description
The building is a former coach house to the Old House, dating from the 18th century. It features gate piers topped with ball finials and linking garden walls. The structure has brick walls with a parapet only on the west side and a hipped tiled roof, with a rendered end wall. It stands two storeys tall. The west front has a central shallow projection with a pediment, a band course, and a semicircular headed opening. The ground floor has a central opening that is now filled with an 18-pane sash window, flanked by side lights and sash windows on each side, along with a door. On the first floor, there are two small pane sash windows on each side. A garden wall extends to Clarence Cottage.
