It features a timber frame queen post construction set on a brick base, with a weatherboard exterior and a central bellcote topped by a 20th-century plain tile roof. The barn has five bays and includes four 3-light casement windows on the south side, along with central 20th-century plank doors that are part-glazed and situated under the gable. It is connected to the main school by a passage of three bays, which has a tile roof and was built in the 1960s. This barn is included in the listing for its group value.
