Description

This barn, located 30 yards south of Tudor Farm House, dates back to the 17th century and has 19th-century extensions at both ends. It features a timber frame set on a rendered plinth, with the lower part exposed and rendered infill above, finished with weatherboard cladding. The roof is plain tiled and hipped with gablets. On the first floor, there are five casement windows and a central open entrance. Inside, the barn has a queen post clasped purlin roof and six framed bays on either side of the entrance. The barn is included for its group value with the surrounding buildings.
