Description

This is a 17th-century barn located 50 yards south of Great Lakes Farm, with 20th-century extensions. It features a timber frame with brick cladding and a machine-tiled roof that is half hipped to the right. The barn has rectangular proportions and consists of six framed bays, with brick outshots on both sides that have panelled roofs. There are metal casement windows in the outshots and central opposing wagon entrances to the main barn. Inside, the barn has Queen post roof trusses with windbracing and braced posts.
