Description

This is a barn from the 18th century located to the left of The Cottage in Ockley. It features a timber frame with brick infill, and has 19th-century extensions on the sides that are also brick infilled, with brick cladding on the right-hand return front. The barn has a plain tiled roof in the center and a catslide roof to the left, with a slate pentice on the right. The gable end faces The Green. Inside, there is a queen-post roof with horizontal struts. The barn includes a garage door on the right and a smaller door in the left-hand bay. It is three framed bays long and is included in the listing for its group value only.
