BUKCLAND C.P. LAWRENCE LANE TQ 25SW 4/53 Lawrence House and Lawrence Farm House Gv II

House, extended and divided. C16 with C17 wings, C19 extensions to rear. Timber framed,clad in pebbledash to right, and ground floor centre and left; tile hung above mostly in diamond-point pattern. Reigate stone blocks and brick cladding to right hand return front with some small amount of rendered infill to exposed frame, plain tiled roofs. H-shaped plan with wing to right almost detached. Two storeys with large corbelled,and part rebuilt,stack to left of centre, further stacks to rear. Attic on left hand gable with single attic window, one window on each floor below. One window on each floor of right hand gable with glazed door on ground floor. One large 3-light window and smaller window to centre of first floor; one window to right below. Part glazed door to left of centre under stack to lobby entry, in C20 wide,timber framed,gabled porch. Right hand return front:- pentice extension across ground floor with blocked window to left. Parallel C19 range to rear left with tile hanging, casement fenestration and corbelled stack.
