Description
The Harvesters is a late 16th-century cottage with 19th and 20th-century extensions. It is timber-framed, with exposed timber and white-washed brick infilling, and a range of brick and tile hanging set back to the left, all under plain tiled roofs. Originally an end chimney house, it has been extended. The cottage is two storeys high, with two framed bays and a stack to the right, which is encased in an extension. To the left is a one-storey section with an attic under two hipped-roof dormers. The first floor has two larger and one small diamond-pane leaded windows, while the ground floor has two 19th-century leaded windows. A bay window is situated on the ground floor to the left, under a pentice. A door is located to the right of centre. The extension has one ground floor window and a door to the left. A catslide pentice runs across the rear of the building.
