Description

This is a barn located to the rear left of Ewekenner Farm House, dating from the 17th century with 19th-century extensions. It is timber framed and clad in weatherboarding, standing on a brick plinth, and features a plain tiled roof that steps down and has a half-hipped section over the extension. Originally consisting of three framed bays, it has been altered to four bays, with double doors now positioned to the left of center. Inside, the barn has a queen-post, clasped purlin roof supported by braced corner posts and tension bracing over the middle rail.
