BETCHWORTH C.P. STATION ROAD TQ 25SW 4/20 Nos 1 and 2 Potters Farm Cottages GV II

House, now divided. C17. Timber framed of modest scantling on brick plinth and with brick infilling to right, whitewashed to left. Plain tiled roof with weatherboarded gable to left end. T-shaped plan. Two storeys with square stack at junction of ranges, front ridge stack to right. One 3-light casement window on each floor of gabled wing to left, that on ground floor under a drip hood. Three bays to right with three windows on first floor and two below. Central door to right, half-glazed. Further door in left hand return front. Pentice extension to right.
